Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, unless they are local deliveries. Then your order maybe delivered on the weekend, not holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited services.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The shipping method you select at checkout will determine the expected delivery time.

Delivery Times

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. AlexAesthetics Embroidery is trying to find a way to reach our international customers. Please be patient as we find safe and affordable ways to being you this form of shipping. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Issues with Delivery

Cancellation Policy

At Alex Aesthetics, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period will be processed, but may incur a restocking fee of 50%.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number at AlexAesthetics888@gmail.com. Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return policy instead. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Timeframe

You may return items within 1 week of your original receiving date.

Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear WILL NOT be accepted and you WILL NOT receive a return or refund. Please State the reason for your return or refund, this is necessary if you want to validate your return or refund. If your reason(s) conflicts with our policies and disclaimers you WILL NOT receive a return. READ THE POLICES AND DISCLAIMERS before purchasing. If AlexAesthetics suspects fraud or a scam you will be permanently removed from being able to access AlexAesthetics Embroidery via site and media. Legal action WILL be taken if necessary.

Return Process

  1. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided on your order confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Tie Dye

Tie dye is the art of combining colors. especially if you are asking for multiple colors. Tie dye hoodies do bleed together.

Example: Requesting Orange and Green, you will have a slight mixing of colors making brown.

Understanding color theory is important when choosing your custom colors. The only time AlexAesthetics Embroidery will remake or refund a hoodie(s) is if over 50% of the colors selected bleed together. AlexAesthetics Embroidery won’t send out hoodies that have had colors that bleed together over 50%. Distorting the colors of your unique request(s). AlexAesthetics will contact you if we feel as if your colors are not going to blend well or are not blending well. The art of tie dye is the blending of colors properly. We appreciate you and want to be at an understanding at all times of processing your order(s).

Processing:

Custom tie dye hoodies take up to 4 weeks to process. This time period is for ordering and processing the hoodie(s) and/or any mistakes made while processing the tie dye on the hoodie(s). (Read our shipping policies for the shipping and handling time.)

Transparency of embroidery patches will differ hoodie to hoodie. If you receive your hoodie(s) and the patch(es) are showing the tie-dye colors through, this is a natural occurrence.

Example: You chose blue, pink, and purple for the tie-dye colors. Your Embroidery patch of choice has a light skintone you will see the darker colors peaking through.

AAE will only remake a hoodie if the Embroidery patch is 75% transparent. AlexAesthetics Embroidery makes large designs for our customers. The density of the patches have to be adjusted in order for your comfort and proper printing. Thank you for understanding.

AlexAesthetics tries their hardest to overcome any challenges when working with custom hoodies or any orders, before contacting the customers. These issues do not occur that frequently but we will like to make you aware of what happens behind the scenes.

Custom Clothing

DISCLAIMER :

There will be no returns or refunds on custom clothing. UNLESS AlexAesthetics Embroidery is at fault or the custom product was damaged during the shipping and handling process. Please understand AlexAesthetics is a small business making custom clothing at affordable prices. There is only a 15% profit on these items for our business. We do not mind making these luxury items accessible and affordable but this comes with a STRICT no return policy with very few exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

AlexAesthetics has to digitize every custom hoodie’s patch to tailor it to your needs and request. Every Patch WILL vary. Even if you have selected a design that was previously made. Incases, If your patch is completely distorted and we have sent it to you. We are very sorry. We will work with you to get you a refund after returning your product. FOLLOW THE RETURN POLOICES. If there is slight gapping on one or two parts of the patch but the quality of the patch is still 100% this is not considered a reason for return. If there are too much inconsistencies, we will contact you about your hoodie with the ongoing issues if need be.

If you select one designs, you WILL only receive one designs, so on and so forth. Unless the difference is paid for. We will not tolerate fraud or scams. Please consider this while choosing the number of your custom design(s). Thank you for your understanding.

How do i keep my embroidered clothing from being damage?

Always wash on delicate with cold or warm water. Never use high heat setting while drying. No heat or low heat is recommended, Hanging dry produces the best results. Always hang your embroidered clothing, lessens the chance of becoming bent or warped.

wHAT HAPPENS IF MY EMBROIDERY PATCH BECOMES WarPED?

If your embroidery becomes warped or bent, grab a iron (preferably a iron that has a steam setting) and a hand towel that will cover the whole embroidery piece. Then moisten the towel (do not soak the towel). After letting the iron heat up on the lowest steam setting. Lay the embroidery flat, place the towel over the patch. Making sure it is covered completely by the towel. Carefully press out the embroidery, using the steam setting. DO NOT keep the iron on the embroidery patch, constantly move right to left with firm downwards pressure on the embroidery for 15 seconds at a time. (DO NOT PLACE IRON DIRECTLY ON EMBRODERY PATCH, you will ruin your embroidery). After desired look is meant, hang to dry. If you bend it while its still damp, it will dry bent. If this happens, let it dry and repeat the process. Do not over work the embroidery, it will cause stress and damage the embroidery.

I got my hoodie, but i am not satisfied with it. what do i do?

What do I do? AAE instructs all customers to read the disclaims and polices before purchasing a product from the shop, even if you did not read them by purchasing a product you have agreed to these polices and disclaimers. AlexAesthetics Embroidery grantees 100% satisfaction. If not, we understand, refer to the return polices and disclaimer, if your reason(s) follow along the lines of these polices and disclaimers. Follow the instructions on how to return your item. We will work with you as long as it follows our stores polices and disclaimers.

If your embroidery has become loose or the threads are falling out. AlexAesthetics Embroidery offers a tailoring service. If your damage is not exsentive, we can tailor your patch to help with the damage the best as we can. If you want to request a tailoring, contact AlexAesthetics888@gmail.com. Digitizing serives

I purchased my digitization, what do i do?

After purchasing your selected design(s), a email will be sent to you. Open the email from AlexAesthetics888@gmail.com. Then open the file, which should automatically load onto your computer. If not manually upload it. After loading it, find the size you desire, then your specific machine file. Upload to your USB, once uploaded eject your USB and connect it to your machine. Once in the machine, let it load the file(s) into the machine. Select your design and your ready to embroider.

My design is not lining up properly, what do i do?

If your design is not lining up. First, make sure that you have hooped your stabilizer or garment properly. When the garment is loose or over tightened it can dramatically effect your outcome. Make sure your stabilizer is the correct one for the task you’re performing. Whether that is a test run or printing on a article of clothing. Do not change the size of the design in your computer or on your machine. This will cause the digitization to become unaligned. I do not see my digital download(s) after purchasing, what do I do?

Check your email/receipt to make sure the purchased was finalized. A email with a link from AlexAesthetics Embroidery should have been sent to your email. Check your spam if you still do not see the email from AlexAesthetics Embroidery. If you are are still having trouble with finding your purchase, contact AlexAesthetics888@gmail.com.
